List Run Stats

Per-agent run totals for the workspace.

Returns one entry per agent with at least one run: the agent's total run count plus the creation time and status of its most recent run. Use it to summarize activity across agents without paging the full run list via GET /api/v1/runs. Agents with no runs are omitted.
