Create Agent Slack Route

Route a Slack channel, or the app's direct messages, to an agent.

Route a Slack channel, or the app's direct messages, to an agent.

Messages on the routed surface start a conversation with this agent instead of the workspace's default assistant; thread replies keep resuming their own conversation. Requires an active Slack integration in the workspace. Each channel — and the DM surface — can be routed to one agent at a time; routing an already-routed surface returns 409 (delete the existing rule first via DELETE /api/v1/slack-routes/{route_id}).
